God Has a Big Plan for Me!

“And these whom He predestined, He also called; and these whom He called, He also justified; and these whom He justified, He also glorified.” — Romans 8:30 (NASB 1995)

God had a plan for you before you were even born! He called you, saved you, and is making you shine like Jesus.

The Holy Spirit helps you walk in that plan every day. He’s like a guide holding your hand through the whole journey!

Try This:
Draw a road and label parts of it: “Called,” “Saved,” “Shining with Jesus!” Add the Holy Spirit as your helper walking with you.

Prayer:
Thank You, God, for making a big plan just for me. Help me follow You with the Holy Spirit’s help. Amen.

God Wants Me to Be Like Jesus!

“For those whom He foreknew, He also predestined to become conformed to the image of His Son, so that He would be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters.” — Romans 8:29 (NASB 1995)

God made you special, and He wants you to grow more like His Son, Jesus!

The Holy Spirit helps you love like Jesus, forgive like Jesus, and trust God like Jesus did.

Try This:
Draw a picture of yourself with a big heart and write “Be Like Jesus” in the center.

Prayer:
God, thank You for helping me become more like Jesus. Help me listen to the Holy Spirit every day. Amen.

God Works All Things for Good!

“And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.” — Romans 8:28 (NASB 1995)

Even when things go wrong, God can use them for something good! That’s a promise!

The Holy Spirit helps us trust that God is making everything fit together—even things that seem hard or sad.

Try This:
Draw a puzzle with pieces that don’t look like they match—but write “God fits it all together” in the middle!

Prayer:
God, thank You that You can use everything in my life for good. Help me trust You, even when I don’t understand. Amen.

God’s Spirit Prays Just Right!

“And He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.” — Romans 8:27 (NASB 1995)

Did you know the Holy Spirit always prays the right way? He knows exactly what God wants and what you need.

Even if you don’t understand what’s happening, the Holy Spirit helps by talking to God for you.

Try This:
Say, “Holy Spirit, I trust You to pray for me!” when you’re feeling confused or worried.

Prayer:
Thank You, God, that Your Spirit knows what to pray. Help me trust You always. Amen.

The Holy Spirit Helps Me Pray!

Sometimes we don’t know what to say when we talk to God. That’s okay!

The Holy Spirit is like a friend who helps us find the words—or even talks to God for us. He knows exactly what’s in our hearts.

Try This:
Next time you don’t know how to pray, just sit quietly and say, “Holy Spirit, please help me.”

Prayer:
Thank You, Holy Spirit, for knowing my heart. Help me talk to God even when I don’t know what to say. Amen.

Waiting with Hope

“For in hope we have been saved, but hope that is seen is not hope; for who hopes for what he already sees? But if we hope for what we do not see, through perseverance we wait eagerly for it.” — Romans 8:24–25 (NASB 1995)

Have you ever waited for something special—like your birthday or a trip? You couldn’t see it yet, but you were excited!

That’s like how we wait for Jesus and the new world He’s bringing. We can’t see it now, but it’s real. And God’s Spirit helps us stay excited while we wait.

Try This:
Make a little “hope jar.” Each day, write down one thing you’re thankful for or excited about. Watch how hope grows!

Prayer:
God, help me wait for Your promises with a happy heart. Thank You for giving me hope! Amen.

The World Groans… But God Is Fixing It!

“For we know that the whole creation groans and suffers the pains of childbirth together until now. And not only this, but also we ourselves, having the first fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting eagerly for our adoption as sons, the redemption of our body.” — Romans 8:22–23 (NASB 1995)

Have you ever felt sad about something broken in the world—or even in your body? That’s what the Bible means by groaning. The world is waiting to be fixed!

The Holy Spirit lives inside God’s children and helps us wait with hope. One day, Jesus will make everything new. No more pain or tears!

Try This:
Look at a flower. It grows and waits for full bloom. That’s like us—we’re growing while we wait for Jesus!

Prayer:
Jesus, thank You that even when the world hurts, You are coming to make it all better. I’ll wait with hope! Amen.

I Get to Share with Jesus!

“…and if children, heirs also, heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ—if indeed we suffer with Him so that we may also be glorified with Him.” — Romans 8:17 (NASB 1995)

Did you know that if you are God’s child, you get to share in what Jesus has?

That’s what it means to be an heir! One day, we’ll live with Jesus forever in a new, perfect world. But sometimes, we also go through hard times just like Jesus did. The Holy Spirit helps us stay strong and trust God.

Try This:
Think of one way Jesus showed love when things were hard. Can you do that too?

Prayer:
God, thank You for making me part of Your family. Help me stay close to You, even when life is hard. Amen.

The Holy Spirit Reminds Me I’m God’s Child

“The Spirit Himself testifies with our spirit that we are children of God.” — Romans 8:16 (NASB 1995)

Do you ever feel unsure about things? The Holy Spirit helps with that!

He lives inside of you and reminds your heart that you belong to God. Even if you feel afraid or make a mistake, He gently tells you: “You are still God’s child.”

Try This:
When you feel worried, say, “God, thank You that I am Yours.”

Prayer:
Holy Spirit, thank You for reminding me that I’m part of God’s family. I love being Your child! Amen.

I Am God’s Child!

“For you have not received a spirit of slavery leading to fear again, but you have received a spirit of adoption as sons by which we cry out, ‘Abba! Father!’” — Romans 8:15 (NASB 1995

When we believe in Jesus, we become God’s children—not just His friends, but His family!

The Holy Spirit helps us call God “Abba,” which means “Daddy” or “Father.” That’s how close He wants us to be!

Try This:
Say out loud: “God is my Father, and I am His child!”

Prayer:
Dear God, thank You for loving me like a perfect Father. Help me always remember that I belong to You! Amen.
