Jesus Helps Me Choose Wise Words

📖 “Pleasant words are like a honeycomb, sweetness to the soul and health to the bones.”

Words are powerful. The things you say can help people feel encouraged and loved, or they can hurt feelings and cause sadness.

Jesus wants you to use wise and kind words. Pleasant words bring peace, comfort, and joy to others. They help build people up instead of tearing them down.

Sometimes you may feel angry or frustrated and want to speak quickly. But Jesus helps you slow down and choose words that are loving and wise.

When you speak kindly and truthfully, you are showing the love of Jesus to the people around you.

Prayer:
Jesus, help me choose wise and kind words. Teach me to speak in ways that encourage and help others. Guard my mouth from hurtful words and let my speech honor You every day. Amen.

Jesus Helps Me Trust Him When I Cannot See the Whole Plan

Sometimes you may not understand why things happen or what will happen next. You may wish you could see the whole plan ahead of time. But God asks you to trust Him even when you cannot see everything clearly.

Walking by faith means believing that God is leading and caring for you, even when you do not know all the answers.

Jesus helps you trust Him step by step. He knows the future, and He promises to be with you through every part of your life.

You do not have to understand everything to trust God. You can have peace knowing that He sees what you cannot see.

Prayer:
Jesus, help me trust You even when I cannot see the whole plan. Teach me to walk by faith and believe that You are leading me each day. Thank You for always being with me and caring for me. Amen.

God wants you not only to hear His Word, but also to obey it. Reading the Bible and learning about Jesus are important, but God also wants you to live out what He teaches.

Sometimes you may know the right thing to do but still feel tempted to do something else. Jesus helps you choose obedience and gives you strength to follow Him.

Obeying God’s Word helps you grow wiser, stronger in faith, and closer to Jesus. It also helps you show His love through the way you live.

Every time you obey God, you are showing that you trust Him and believe His ways are good.

Prayer:
Jesus, help me obey Your Word every day. Teach me not only to listen to what You say, but to follow it with my actions. Strengthen me to choose what is right and honor You in all I do. Amen.
