“The Holy Spirit Speaks What God Says”

Have you ever played the game “telephone,” where someone whispers a message and it gets passed around? Sometimes the message gets all mixed up. But when the Holy Spirit speaks, He never gets it wrong.

That’s because the Spirit only says what God the Father tells Him to say. He never makes mistakes or changes the message. He speaks truth—straight from God!

When you read your Bible or pray, the Holy Spirit helps you understand what God is saying. You can trust His voice because He is always honest and always loving.

Sometimes it’s hard to know what’s right and what’s wrong. People say different things. Friends might act one way, but you’re not sure it’s okay.

That’s why Jesus gave us the Holy Spirit. He is the Spirit of truth. He helps us know what is right, and He shows us the right way to go.

When you read the Bible, pray, or even think about what to do, the Holy Spirit is there to guide your heart. He helps you follow Jesus, even when it’s hard.

Have you ever heard a Bible verse in Sunday school or during bedtime, and then remembered it later when you needed it? That’s not just your brain working—that’s the Holy Spirit helping you!

Jesus said the Holy Spirit would remind us of the things He taught. That means when you hear or read the Bible, the Spirit helps you remember it at just the right time.

If you’re feeling afraid, He might remind you that Jesus said, “Do not be afraid.”
If you’re being mean, He might remind you, “Be kind to one another.”

The Holy Spirit wants to help you follow Jesus—and remembering God’s Word is a big part of that!

Have you ever had a teacher help you understand something that seemed hard at first?

That’s what the Holy Spirit does! He is your special Helper who helps you learn about God.

When you read your Bible or hear someone talk about Jesus, the Holy Spirit helps you understand what it means. He teaches you how to live like Jesus, how to love others, and how to know right from wrong.

You don’t have to figure everything out by yourself. Just ask the Holy Spirit to teach you—and He will!

Have you ever seen an apple grow from a branch? It doesn’t happen all at once. It takes time, sunshine, and care.

That’s how the Holy Spirit works in you! When you believe in Jesus, He gives you the Holy Spirit—and the Spirit helps you grow good things inside your heart, like love, joy, patience, and more.

These are called the fruit of the Spirit. You don’t have to try really hard to grow them by yourself. Just stay close to Jesus and let the Holy Spirit help you change little by little.

When you’re kind when it’s hard, or patient when you want to be mad—that’s fruit growing!

Do you know what a flashlight does in the dark? It helps you see what you couldn’t see before.

That’s what the Holy Spirit does! He shines a light on Jesus so we can know Him better.

When you read your Bible, or hear someone talk about Jesus, the Holy Spirit is the One who helps you understand it. He helps you feel how much Jesus loves you, and reminds you of all the things Jesus said and did.

The Holy Spirit doesn’t try to be the center of attention. He’s always pointing us to Jesus—so we can follow Him, trust Him, and love Him more.

Have you ever been so sad or confused that you didn’t know what to say to God? Maybe you just sat quietly, or maybe you cried a little.

Guess what? God understands—even when you can’t find the right words.

The Holy Spirit helps us pray! He talks to God for us when we don’t know what to say. He understands your heart and carries your prayers to the Father, even if all you can do is whisper, “Help me, God.”

You don’t have to be perfect when you pray. Just be honest. God listens—and the Holy Spirit is always there to help you.

When you go for a walk with someone who knows the way, do you let them lead? That’s what it’s like when we follow God’s Spirit.

The Holy Spirit knows everything—where to go, what’s safe, what’s right, and what’s best for you. When we trust Him, He leads us to make good choices, stay away from wrong things, and grow closer to Jesus.

Even if we don’t always understand, we can ask the Holy Spirit to help us obey. He is gentle, loving, and always with us.

So next time you’re not sure what to do, stop and ask, “Holy Spirit, will You lead me?”

When you read the Bible or pray, you can ask the Holy Spirit to help you understand. He is always ready to teach—gently and kindly—because He loves helping you grow closer to Jesus.

Did you know it’s the Holy Spirit who gives us spiritual life?

Just like we need food, water, and air to live and grow strong, we also need God’s Spirit to grow in our faith. He helps us understand God’s Word, makes our hearts happy to obey, and gives us power to follow Jesus.

When we read the Bible, the Holy Spirit makes it come alive! When we pray, He helps us know what to say. When we worship, He fills our hearts with joy.

Without the Spirit, it’s like trying to ride a bike with no wheels—everything feels hard and heavy. But with the Spirit, we can move forward with strength, peace, and life!
