“The Spirit Will Glorify Me”

📖 “He will glorify Me, for He will take of what is Mine and declare it to you.”
 —John 16:14 (NKJV)

There is no greater evidence of the Spirit’s presence in our lives than this: He makes much of Jesus.

In a world that promotes self, performance, and platform—even in the church—the Holy Spirit gently, powerfully redirects our hearts back to Christ.
He doesn’t spotlight us. He glorifies Jesus.

This changes how we pray.
How we worship.
How we live.

The Spirit reveals the heart of Christ, His will, His Word, and His glory.
So when the Spirit is at work in us, our love for Jesus grows deeper, more genuine, and more life-transforming.

The measure of spiritual maturity isn’t charisma or knowledge.
It’s how much we exalt Christ—because that’s what the Spirit always does.

Reflection Questions:

  • Is your heart growing in love and worship for Jesus?
  • In what ways do you see the Holy Spirit leading you to glorify Him?

Prayer:
 Holy Spirit, keep my heart centered on Jesus. Let every part of my life glorify Him—my words, my prayers, my choices, and my love. Make Him known in me and through me. Amen.

The Holy Spirit is not silent. He is our Helper, our Guide, and the One who gently prepares us for what’s ahead—whether it’s a season of growth, challenge, or opportunity.

As mothers, we’re called to lead our homes with spiritual alertness. Not fear—but faith.
The Holy Spirit doesn’t create panic. He produces peace, wisdom, and readiness.

When we teach our children to listen for His leading, we prepare them to respond to God in every season of life.
And as we grow in our own sensitivity to His voice through the Word and prayer, we can guide them with confidence.

Let your home be a place where hearts are being prepared—not just for “what’s next,” but for who Jesus is and how to live for Him.

Prayer:

You don’t need to know the future to be ready for it.
You just need to know the One who does.

Jesus said the Holy Spirit would tell us “things to come.”
That doesn’t mean you’ll get every detail about your future—but it does mean the Holy Spirit will guide you, prepare your heart, and help you walk with confidence.

Sometimes, He gives you a burden to pray.
Other times, He makes Scripture come alive in ways that prepare you for what’s ahead.
His warnings are loving, not fearful. His guidance is wise, not confusing.

You don’t have to figure life out alone.
Just stay close to the Spirit—and He’ll keep you rooted in Christ, no matter what tomorrow holds.

Think About It:

  • Are you anxious about the future, or are you letting the Holy Spirit lead you through it?
  • What’s one area where you need His guidance right now?

Prayer:
 Holy Spirit, I want to walk with You. Help me trust You with what’s coming and listen to Your voice today. Prepare my heart for whatever You have ahead. Amen.

Have you ever packed for a trip?
You make sure you have your shoes, your snacks, your favorite stuffed animal—everything you might need!

The Holy Spirit helps us get ready too.
But not just for trips—for life!

He helps us know when something hard is coming, so we can pray and trust God.
He also helps us get ready to tell others about Jesus or to be kind even when it’s not easy.

The Holy Spirit never leaves us guessing.
He helps our hearts stay ready by reminding us of God’s truth.

Think About It:

  • When was a time you felt God helped you know what to do?
  • Can you think of a time you prayed before something hard?

Prayer:
 Holy Spirit, help me listen to You. Please help me be ready to do what is right and to trust You, even when I don’t know what will happen next. Amen.

Jesus didn’t leave His followers in the dark.
He sent the Holy Spirit not only to teach, guide, and comfort—but also to prepare us.

When we walk closely with the Lord, the Spirit often gives us a sense of what lies ahead:
A burden to pray.
A sense of warning.
A divine urgency.
Or a Spirit-led confidence in a difficult moment.

The early Church walked this way.
Prophets foretold famine and persecution (Acts 11:28; 21:10–11).
Mothers and disciples prepared hearts for what was coming—not by panicking, but by trusting.

When we listen, the Spirit still speaks—through His Word, through conviction, and through timely wisdom.
And what He reveals will always align with Scripture and lead us back to Christ.

Reflection Questions:

  • Has the Holy Spirit ever given you discernment or preparation before a hard season?
  • How can you remain alert and prayerful to what He might reveal?

Prayer:
 Lord, keep me in step with Your Spirit. Teach me to listen and obey, especially when You are preparing my heart for what lies ahead. Let me walk in faith, not fear. Amen.

Jesus.

He takes the deep truths of Christ—His mercy, strength, humility, and holiness—and makes them real to you.
He makes Jesus not just someone you know about, but Someone you know.

Every prompting, every comfort, every insight from the Word… all of it leads us back to Christ.

The Spirit doesn’t draw attention to Himself.
He directs our hearts toward the beauty, majesty, and holiness of the Son.

In a world where so much competes for our focus, the Spirit faithfully redirects us to Jesus:
His character, His suffering, His power, His love.

When you’re uncertain, He reminds you of Christ’s wisdom.
When you’re discouraged, He points to Christ’s victory.
When you’re tempted, He exalts Christ’s purity.

This is how we know His voice—it always magnifies the Lord.
