Jesus Listens When I Talk to Him
📖 “The Lord is near to all who call upon Him.”
—Psalm 145:18a (NKJV)
Jesus loves when you talk to Him. You don’t need special words or long prayers. You can talk to Jesus just like you talk to someone who loves you and cares about you.
When you pray, Jesus listens. He hears you when you are happy and when you are sad. He listens when you are scared, confused, thankful, or excited. Nothing you say is too small for Him to care about, and nothing you feel is too big for Him to handle.
Jesus is always near. You can talk to Him in the morning, at school, before bed, or anytime during the day. The more you talk to Jesus, the more you learn to know Him and trust Him.
Jesus listens because He loves you, and He wants to be close to you every day.
Prayer:
Jesus, thank You for listening when I talk to You. Help me remember that You are always near and that I can talk to You anytime. I love You. Amen.
