“The Holy Spirit Helps Me Pray”

Sometimes you may not know what to say when you pray. Maybe you feel sad, confused, or unsure how to talk to God. That’s okay—God understands your heart even when you don’t have the right words.
The Holy Spirit helps you pray.
He knows exactly what you’re feeling.
He knows what you need more than you do.
He helps your prayers reach the Father, even when you can’t explain them.
When you sit quietly with God, the Holy Spirit is already working. He comforts you.
He helps you trust God. He lifts your prayers to heaven in the perfect way.
You never have to worry about praying “right.” The Holy Spirit helps you talk to God, and God always listens.
