Day 51 — “He Shall Glorify Me”
📖 “He shall glorify Me: for He shall receive of Mine, and shall shew it unto you.”
—John 16:14 (KJV)
So much of the Christian walk comes down to one question:
Who is getting the glory?
The Holy Spirit makes it clear. He always points to Christ.
He does not glorify Himself.
He glorifies the Son.
That’s how we know when something is of the Spirit:
It lifts up Jesus—
Not personalities, not platforms, not emotions, and not even signs or wonders.
Only Jesus.
When we submit our hearts to the Spirit’s leading,
He reveals the beauty, majesty, humility, and lordship of Christ.
And in every situation—whether in the mundane or the miraculous—He teaches us to say:
“To Him be the glory.”
Reflection Questions:
- Is my life reflecting Christ, or calling attention to myself?
- Am I allowing the Holy Spirit to glorify Jesus through me?
Prayer:
Holy Spirit, I invite You to glorify Jesus in me.
Silence my pride.
Center my life on Christ.
Let every word I speak and every step I take be a reflection of His beauty.
