Mothers, it’s easy to be busy with Christian things—teaching Scripture, attending gatherings, managing schedules. But Jesus reminds us that even spiritual activity can become a substitute for spiritual intimacy.
We want our homes to reflect a living relationship with Christ, not just a list of spiritual accomplishments.
🪞 Family Talk:
- Are we doing things for Jesus, or walking with Him?
- What habits can we form to grow in knowing Him, not just serving?
👣 Practice:
Establish a short daily family check-in: “How did you talk with Jesus today?”
🙏 Prayer:
Jesus, let our home be marked by nearness to You—not just spiritual busyness. Draw us into true fellowship with You. Amen.
