🌿 Kingdom Living Devotional — Day 74

“Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter.”

Matthew 7:21 NASB1995

🚪 Lip Service or Kingdom Access?

Jesus’ words shake us awake. A verbal profession, even repeated with passion, is not what grants access to His Kingdom. The dividing line is obedience—doing the will of the Father.

This isn’t works-based salvation, but the fruit of a genuine relationship with Christ. Real faith produces real obedience.

🕊 Ante-Nicene Insight:

Early believers lived what they preached. Confession without transformation wasn’t just frowned upon—it was rejected. Faith was proven in costly, courageous obedience.

💭 Reflect:

  • Am I relying on words or walking in obedience?
  • What is one command of Jesus I’ve ignored or delayed?

✨ Prayer:

Lord, I don’t want to just call You “Lord”—I want to live like You are. Strengthen me to do the will of the Father. Amen.
